West Coast Diesels accepts payment in the form of American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover issued credit cards. When a credit card is used, WCD may obtain preapproval for an amount up to amount of the order. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction. You are only permitted to use one credit card when completing purchases through the WCD Online Store.
Pricing and Quantity Changes
Prices for products offered via the WCD Online Store may change at any time without notice. WCD does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. WCD reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for any product.
WCD reserves the right to change product availability (including availability of particular features and accessories) without notice. WCD is not responsible for typographic or pricing errors.
If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to shipping, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by WCD.
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via UPS & Fedex, unless otherwise specified. All shipping and handling charges are at customers expense. We attempt to ship all orders within 48 hours excluding weekends and federal holidays.
West Coast Diesels will accept returns of unused, uninstalled items, or items deemed defective, within 14 days of the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns of items are allowed after 15 days of purchase unless defective. Returns must be in perfect, unused, uninstalled, “AS NEW” condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
Be sure to insure your items! If the package is damaged or destroyed and your returned item is in unacceptable resale condition, we will be unable to credit you, it is your responsibility to file the damage claim with the carrier.
Any warranty claims for defective merchandise that occur after 30 days from the date of purchase must be handled between the customer and the manufacturer. We will do our best to support you after the sale, but we cannot accept returns on items that fail due to manufacturer defects. Some items can be exchanged through us if they are DOA or fail within 30 days. To inquire about a certain product and its return policy, you may call us at (707)-849-2347 before purchase.
All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Core charges, if applied, have automatically been added to your order and are included in the description of the product. Please read all descriptions carefully. If we do not receive your core within 30 days you will not receive a core refund.
Some products if not in stock will be back ordered. You will be notified within 2 days of purchase by e-mail.
Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage should be made with the carrier immediately.
West Coast Diesels reserves the right to make changes in materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
